How to relax when you are under a lot of stress:

  • Take a bubble bath
  • Light a candle
  • Take a shower with the lights off
  • Drink some tea
  • Get a massage
  • Drink some wine
  • Light an incense and play some good music
  • Play jazz music
  • Meditate
  • Remove your phone and just watch TV
  • Go to the gym
  • Invite some friends
  • Go to the movies
  • Bake a cake

Set some time out to relax. At least spend an hour of relaxing. Having some “me time” is what keeps you going in life. You need a balance.

Take time for you. Life is not all about work!
