If your house is full of clutter, then I will assume your mind is too. Everything you have is a reflection of yourself. Make sure your house or whatever space you have is clean and neat. You will be able to think clearly and see things for what they are. Take care of yourself and your mind. Clean up. Make sure everything is organized so that you can do the things you want to do.
Clean space equals clear mind.
Clutter equals confusion.
You may not know it, but being in clutter, really does affect the brain. You may not see it or be aware, but it does. Take a day or two to clean your house thoroughly, your car, anything that you possess. You will feel so much lighter.
Stop holding on to things that no longer serve you and take the time to clean up. Don’t be lazy.
