At this current moment ask yourself is it worth the time, energy, or stress?
If not reevaluate yourself and the situation.
Sometimes we are putting too much time, effort, energy, and a whole bunch of things into people and situations that is just not necessary.
We can be using these things (time, effort, and energy) to focus on what helps us or what will make us better people.
Just take a second and think about it…
Is it worth the time, energy, and/or stress? Probably not. Stop fake stressing.
Pick and choose where you spend your energy wisely.
