Complaining does not do anything for your situation, but probably make it worse. You can change your situation or your perception. You still have a choice. I think it is easier for one to complain, rather than just go with the flow. I always say no one wants to be around a negative Nancy or a Debby Downer. It's too much. You give too much energy into complaining. It's like you want to be angry or nasty. If you start to complain a lot, you need to check yourself. Tell yourself it is going to be okay and just to be with life. When most people complain it's because they feel like they need help in some type of way. Perhaps you are doing a lot in your household, relationships, school or other things. You can simply tell someone how you feel versus keep complaining about what you do and what they don't do.
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next.
·Every morning when you wake up try saying this prayer before you start your day. It will make all the difference.
Stop complaining! Appreciate life and everything you do have. Be thankful!!! Your situation is better than most, whether you choose to believe it or not. Perception is everything.
