Feed your mind with podcasts, books, television shows that promotes positivity, friends who have things to discuss, etc.
You don’t realize everything, and everyone plays a role in your habits.
You can choose to feed your mind with positivity or something that will lead your further away from whom you are destined to be.
Of course, you need balance, but make sure you are indulging in the right things.
